Upper Marsh Farm ๐Ÿ“ Wiltshire, England
Get growing with a big garden plot on a Wiltshire farm in a regen transition

For fifty years, Upper Marsh Farm has cared for its 100 hectares with a strong connection to the land and its local community. The Franklin family is now steadily progressing on a regenerative journey, including work through the RAAP program, with a focus on healthier soils, more biodiversity and a resilient future.

As part of this development, Upper Marsh Farm is looking for the right grower to establish an organic market garden on the farm. This is a natural step toward becoming a more multi-functional holding that offers opportunities for motivated people who care about regeneration and want to contribute to a thoughtful, community-minded landscape.

The vision of the farm

The farm strives to:

  • Build a self-sustaining, productive farm that thrives for future generations.
  • Foster a nature-centered ecosystem supporting wildlife alongside a hub for driven humans.
