“Services” means all services offered by Abunda, including land matching, consultancy, facilitation, assessments, workshops, and use of our digital platform.

“Platform” refers to the website and any associated applications operated by Abunda.

2. Services Provided

We provide a platform and related services that facilitate introductions and partnerships between landowners, land-seekers, and collaborators. We may also offer advisory support, assessments, and resources to aid in successful partnerships.

We do not guarantee that any match or partnership will be successful or lead to a contractual relationship. All final arrangements are the responsibility of the parties involved.

3. Eligibility and User Obligations

Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not impersonate any person or entity
  • Maintain confidentiality of any non-public information shared via the platform

4. Data Accuracy and Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data, documents, or representations you provide. Abunda does not verify the accuracy or completeness of information submitted by users unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users agree to keep any confidential information received from other users private and not disclose it without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abunda excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the platform
  • Failure of any introduction or partnership
  • Errors or omissions in any content or data

We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. data protection obligations.

7. Fees and Payments

Where applicable, users will be informed in advance of any fees for services. Payment terms will be set out in separate engagement letters or service agreements. Late payments may incur interest.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by Abunda remain the intellectual property of H. D. Epsom Consultancy Ltd or its licensors, except where explicitly designated as open source or otherwise licensed.

We may offer certain materials, tools, or code under open-source or permissive licenses (such as MIT, Creative Commons, or others), which will be clearly marked as such. Use of any open-source components is subject to the terms of their respective licenses.

Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform or materials unless permitted under these Terms or under an applicable open-source license, clearly stated in the material.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools (e.g. Typeform, Google Drive). We are not responsible for the practices or content of these providers.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms. Users may also terminate their use of the platform at any time.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
