Chartered Surveyor & Regenerative Land Agent with a decade of industry experience. Harry specialises in transitioning farm businesses into regenerative models using skills in strategic planning, legal agreements, development planning and land management.

Psychology lead, Therapist
Qualified OT specialising in psychology, partnership alignment, and conflict resolution. Hedie leads Abunda’s human dimension work — supporting healthy farming partnerships through a deep understanding of behavioural patterns, mediation, and dispute mitigation.
Frederik Lean Hansen
Farm finance lead, Economist
Farm finance specialist with a background in Economics and financial analysis combined with startup- and practical farming experience. Fred focuses on agricultural business development and deploys his skills in financial modeling to help farmers succeed.
